The game of baseball was created by Alexander Cartwright in 1845. Then, it had just 20 simple rules. Needless to say, the game has advanced since then. While it is still a game you can play with a broomstick, a makeshift ball and just about anything you can turn into a base, certain aspects have evolved. The need for proper baseball instruction, however, has remained constant.
From backyard dads (and moms) to little league coaches and professional baseball instructors, our library of resources covers all nine positions, as well as hitting, coaching and drills. Best of all, these resources are free.
